Compliance Management Policy
Lotte Chilsung Beverage Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes and declares standards and policies to prevent compliance violations by all executives and employees in order to achieve the Lotte Group's mission of 『We enrich people’s lives by providing superior products and services that our customers love and trust.』
1. obJecttive
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all members of the Company (including the CEO, executives, employees, and the Board of Directors) adhere to and practice compliance obligations related to the Company's business activities. By doing so, the Company aims to uphold principles, respond to the compliance requirements of its business partners, suppliers, customers, or other business stakeholders (hereinafter referred to as "stakeholders"), and ultimately build trust with stakeholders and the community.
2. Establishment of Compliance Obligations
The Company shall establish compliance obligations related to its business activities (including laws, enforcement decrees, enforcement rules, notifications, agreements, ordinances, internal regulations, and any binding rules on the Company) and continuously improve its compliance system. The Company shall also support all its members in adhering to these compliance obligations.
3. Compliance with Relevant Laws and Regulations
All members of the Company must comply with the compliance obligations related to their job performance while carrying out their duties. They must not participate in or solicit any violations of these compliance obligations.
4. Contribution to Organizational Goals
All members of the Company shall familiarize themselves with and adhere to this policy and the compliance management system to minimize compliance risks, thereby contributing to the achievement of the Company's obJecttives.
5. Implementation and Improvement of Compliance Obligations
The Company shall appoint a compliance officer and operate a compliance management system to minimize compliance violations by all members. The Company shall continuously improve this system.
6. Authority and Duties of the Compliance Officer
The compliance officer shall be granted independent responsibility and authority to minimize compliance violations. The officer is obligated to provide advice, guidance, and oversight on issues related to the Company's compliance management system.
7. Protection and Confidentiality for Whistleblowers
The Company shall keep the identity of whistleblowers confidential and protect them from any evaluation, reassignment, or economic disadvantage resulting from their reports of compliance violations.
8. Actions for Non-Compliance with the Policy
If any member of the Company violates this policy, the relevant laws, or compliance obligations, or fails to take reasonable measures to prevent such violations, the Company may take disciplinary action in accordance with its regulations.
9. Supplementary Provisions
This policy shall be effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, modifications, or changes to this policy shall be notified internally at least 10 days prior to their implementation.
