Customer Service Process

We accept customer requests for refund or exchange concerning their dissatisfaction with goods purchased per the Consumer Dispute Settlement Criteria (as announced by the Fair Trade Commission). The foregoing sentence shall not apply to a case caused by a consumer’s carelessness.

Soft drinks, confectioneries, frozen desserts, dairy products, canned foods, baked foods, sugar and milled products, cooking oils, meet and processed food products, condiments, sauces, teas, noodles, nutrition food, alcoholic liquors, lunch boxes, side dishes, frozen food products, food samples

Type of dispute Resolution criteria Remarks
1) Insufficient content or capacity Product exchange or purchase refund  
2) Corruption and deterioration Product exchange or purchase refund  
3) Expiration date has passed Product exchange or purchase refund  
4) Foreign matter included Product exchange or purchase refund  
5) Side effects Treatment expenses, expenses and future income loss compensation  
6) Accidental injury due to damaged container, etc. Treatment expenses, expenses and future income loss compensation Future income loss : Only when income is proved to be affected by the damage. If the amount cannot be verified, it shall be based on the market's unit cost of wage.
