Consent to the Collection of Your Personal Information

The collection and use of personal information by Lotte Chilsung Beverage (hereinafter the "Company") requires the individual's consent as per the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc." I hereby confirm the following personal information to be true, and consent to the Company's collection and use of my personal information.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

Collected personal information is processed for the following purposes.
- Acceptance and processing of reports and statistics
- Verification of reported details

2. Items of Personal Information Collected

Collected: Personal details of the reporter (name, email address), report details (type, message, attachments), personal details of the individual reported (name, branch, department, position)
Automatically collected: Service use log, access log, cookies, access IP info

3. Period of Storage and Use of Personal Information Collected

A filed report is reviewed along with the accompanying personal information soon after it is submitted. If a report is deemed invalid and is dismissed, the details of the report along with the personal information supplied will be deleted within six months of the report’s dismissal. If a filed report is deemed valid and kept on file, the details of the report and the accompanying personal information will be deleted within three years of the product release or the completion of development of the product concerned, or termination of the contract concerned. However, personal information will be deleted immediately when requested by the information subject.

4. Sharing of Personal Information With Third Party Handlers

Information collected is categorized as “required” or “optional” to allow the company to provide users with the best service experience. Users have the right to withhold consent to the collection and use of their personal information. However, withholding consent to the collection and use of required personal information can impede the provision of services by the company.

In the outsourcing contract, Lotte Chilsung stipulates conformance to privacy legislation, compliance with laws related to personal information protection, prohibition of unauthorized sharing of personal information, accountability in incidents, outsourcing periods, return or destruction of personal information upon completion of handling, and other related matters, and performs management to ensure the stipulations are met.

The user has the right to withhold consent to the sharing of their personal information with third party handlers. However, if you do not consent to consignment, the provision of services may be severely limited.

By indicating consent, the user acknowledges that the personal information supplied is true and accurate, and consents to its collection and use.
